Fiesta Tableware is a testament to the enduring power of family business. This panel discussion will explore the company’s journey from its founding in 1871 to its current status as a leader in the ceramics industry. Liz McIlvain will share her experiences as the first female leader in the company’s history, highlighting the challenges and triumphs of steering a family business. Participants will gain insights into how Fiesta Tableware has maintained its relevance and success by embracing innovation and honoring its rich heritage. This is a panel discussion featuring fourth-generation  Liz McIlvain and fifth-generation Maggie Kuntz and Matt Wicks on carrying on the family legacy.
