The Akron Chapter of the National Tooling and Machining Association is the center of knowledge and action for Ohio’s precision manufacturing community. We offer networking opportunities, management ideas, technology updates, and other exclusive membership benefits.
The NTMA is the national representative of the custom precision manufacturing industry in the United States. Our nearly 1200 members design and manufacture special tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, gages, special machines, and precision machined parts. Some firms specialize in experimental research and development work.

Our mission is to advance, advocate, and promote advanced manufacturing & precision machining businesses in Northeast Ohio by connecting our members with resources & workforce development outlets that ensure the future of manufacturing.
